The Harpoon® Home Video Distribution module includes buy/sell/restocking functions and is integrated with Harpoon Basic Accounting (AR, AP, GL). It utilizes the Producer, Supplier, Customer and Licensee databases from Acquisitions Management, WorldWide Distribution Licensing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. It provides its own Product database. Key Functions A specialized module that includes routines for both order and inventory processing. Tracks inventory in and out against individual or bulk orders. Issues purchase orders, prints picking and packing slips, drop ships, restocks returned goods and maintains multiple warehouses. Supports multiple ship-to/sold-to relationships as well as multiple shipments on a single sales order. Automates back orders. Provides on-line credit checking, with on-hold orders pending approval. Orders by title or by packages of titles.
